sauce with a strong taste of white truffle "sweetened" by field mushrooms and enhanced by Parmigiano Reggiano DOP, ideal for first courses, both absolute and used as a base for creaming and then decorating with flakes of fresh white truffle, to be used in the kitchen for croutons a base of butter or delicate cheeses.
